“The truth will set you free”

Session 6 — The Truth That Sets Free, entering into the light that reveals and liberates.

Intention of the Session

To welcome the Truth who is Christ, to allow His light to reveal what is hidden in the heart, and to walk toward an authentic freedom that is not born of the ego but of abiding in Him.

This session is offered:
• for our inner liberation
• for those who live trapped in lies, fear, or confusion
• for human structures built without truth
• for all Creation, which longs to be set free

Sacred Opening

In the name of the Father,
and of the Son,
and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Silence.

Invocation

God of light and truth,
You do not hide from those who seek You with a sincere heart.
Illuminate our shadows
and guide us on the path of life.
Amen.

Living Word — Canonical Gospel

Proclaimed with great reverence:

“Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in Him:
If you remain in My word,
you are truly My disciples;
and you will know the truth,
and the truth will set you free.”

(John 8:31–32)

Truth is not an idea.
Truth is a relationship.
It is not isolated knowledge that sets free,
but abiding in Christ.

Prayer of Openness to Truth

Lord Jesus Christ,
You are the Truth that does not humiliate,
the light that does not destroy,
the Love that does not deceive.

Remove from me every lie,
even the ones I tell myself.

Give me a simple heart
to live in truth
and to walk in freedom.
Amen.

Ritual Gesture

Place one hand on the forehead and the other on the heart.

Inwardly:
“Lord,
align my mind and my heart
in Your Truth.”

This gesture is offered:
• for those who live in deception
• for those who manipulate the truth
• for those who suffer injustice
• for humanity thirsty for light

Prayer for Humanity and Creation

Lord of Truth,
set humanity free from the lie
that divides, exploits, and destroys.

May truth find its way
into hearts,
into peoples,
and into the relationship with the Earth.
Amen.

Integration

Deep silence.
Do not flee from the truth.
Do not force it.
Abide in Christ.

Closing and Blessing

Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in Him,
and He will act.

May the light of Christ
guide our steps
and set all Creation free.
Amen.
